No, I'm not insisting to compromise on your sweet tooth. Just replace refined sugar with better alternatives. Refined sugar is unhealthy and addictive.

Consuming refined sugar is addictive, because it helps in segregation of 'Feel good' hormone- DOPAMINE.
We just need to replace it
The sugar in fruits comes along with the fibre, vitamins and different minerals. This sugar does not spike the blood insulin levels and are easily digested.
Refined sugar = sweet + chemicals ➞ Zero nutrition
Daily consumption of refined sugar will increase the fat percentage and cause wrinkles, acne, bad breath. Will increase the risk of type- II diabetes.
